Returns & Refunds Policy

At PawSip, we want you and your pet to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
The item has not been used for food or water.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photos of the item to help assess the issue. If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used water bottles

Used bowls

Products that have been used with food or water

Items not in their original condition

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
