Estimated Delivery Times
- Auckland: 1–3 business days
- North Island: 2–4 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
- Rural Deliveries: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Please note that during product launches, promotions, and holiday periods, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $95.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
